DUTIES:
- Design Wire Harness and RF Cables including shielding and grounding, EMI/RFI
- Design Electrical Schematics, Cable Block Diagrams, Wire Harness Diagrams.
- Determine lengths and available space for components as required.
- Design electrical panels/assemblies (circuit breaker panels, junction boxes, control panels).
- STRONG experience in Wire harness and cabling design (5-25 years)
- Minimum 3 yrs of exp in wire harness and/or RF cable design, preferable 10-15 years.
- Exp with HarnesSYS, CEEDS, Mentor Graphics Capital, and/or similar ECAD tools
- Military applications
- MIL-50881
- CATIA v5, NX 3D or similar systems.
- Supplier management exp
- Exp managing cost and schedule
- Mil-Std-704, and AS50881
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
